Creating compelling multimedia narratives that connect with your target audience by drawing on extensive entertainment industry experience.
The cornerstone of my audio / video production expertise comes from decades of studying music performance and theory plus deep experience acting, hosting, and working in television, radio, and podcast sectors.
Growing up with a family who encouraged and supported creative pursuits led to decades of studying violin, viola, classical & jazz piano, guitar, music theory, and eventually a degree in Music Industry from Northeastern University plus a ABRSM Grade 8 Certification.
My early journey onscreen included interviewing with HBO Vice, funding & directing a music video, hosting Chinese language travel shows, performing French jazz with a live band, and appearances on China Ninja Warrior.
I cultivated further knowledge in creative disciplines via working as Residential Sound Designer at Island6 Artist Collective, sound and video design on behalf of many private clients, and personal study.
Through using software like Ableton Live, Adobe Photoshop, and Premiere Pro on a daily basis I began to craft my own unique style, incorporating elements of various differing cultures into personal and commissioned works.
Recently I spent 4+ months solidifying my international network in Kenya and Colombia, giving a deep understanding of the global cultural nuances crucial to the development of a high quality audio/video work. This year I'm chasing my Ikigai [Japanese for the intersection of passion, mission, vocation, and profession] or as an old friend used to say: "No rest for the wicked!"
